Omowumi Susan Awe-Odigie is a licensed Registered Nurse with advanced credentials including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). With decades of clinical and healthcare leadership experience, she is the driving force behind Diva Training Institute Inc. and its sister organization, Diva Multicare Services Inc., a licensed home health agency.
Susan's career spans roles as a nurse instructor, clinical director, homecare consultant, and corporate trainer. She has worked with leading healthcare institutions and is dedicated to developing the next generation of Allied Health professionals through accessible, high-quality training programs.
A proud breast cancer survivor since January 2020, Susan channels her personal journey into her mission — proving that resilience, faith, and a positive attitude can overcome any challenge. Her courage inspired her to author a memoir sharing her story with the world.

Giash Ahmed
President & PartnerServes as legal co-owner and partner of Diva Training Institute Inc., sharing executive responsibility for the school’s mission and strategic vision. Oversees financial governance, institutional growth, and operational compliance. Plays an active role in policy development, regulatory affairs, budget planning, and long-term sustainability. Works closely with the President to ensure Diva Training Institute continues to expand its impact and deliver excellence in Allied Health education.
Tasmia Ahmed
Co-DirectorOversees daily school operations, student enrollment, and academic compliance. Ensures the program meets all NYS licensing standards and serves as the primary point of contact for students and staff.
Venessa Odigie
Director · Marketer · IT · Creative DirectorManages administrative operations, student records, and institutional communications. Supports faculty coordination and assists in implementing school policies and program improvements. Manisha Singh
MarketerLeads outreach and enrollment marketing efforts. Develops campaigns to connect prospective students with the CNA program, manages social media presence, and builds community partnerships to grow awareness of Diva Training Institute.
Tara Dietzman
Agency SupervisorOversees clinical placement coordination and agency relationships. Ensures students meet externship requirements and maintains strong partnerships with healthcare facilities and employers in the community.

CNA Nurse InstructorLeads hands-on CNA classroom and clinical training, guiding students through essential nursing assistant skills including patient care, vital signs, mobility assistance, and infection control. Dedicated to preparing every student to pass the NYS CNA competency exam with confidence.
Melissa Morisset
CNA Nurse InstructorBrings clinical expertise and a compassionate teaching style to the CNA program, supporting students in mastering both the technical and interpersonal skills needed to provide outstanding patient care in real-world healthcare settings.

Our affiliated agency, Diva Multicare Services Inc., is a licensed, bonded and insured NYS home health care agency serving Rosedale, Valley Stream, and the surrounding Long Island and NYC area. Services include home care aides, nursing care, physical therapy, and personal care assistance for private-pay clients.
