If paying in person by cash, check, or card — you do not have to pay again online.
If using a payment plan, you can use the online payment system to pay your installments. You must pay your installments in full before the course ends to avoid delays in course completion.

Clinical Externship
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM · scheduled separately, supervised by a NYS Registered Nurse
HHA graduates receive priority placement assistance through our affiliated home health agency, Diva Multicare Services Inc. (job not guaranteed, per NYS regulations).
Cancel within 7 business days of signing the enrollment agreement for a full refund, minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Before You Apply
Entrance Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or higher college degree with official transcript showing graduation date
Social Security Card
Valid government-issued photo ID
Physical exam and TB test required before clinical placement
Foreign diplomas must be officially translated into English and certified as equivalent to US high school completion
Applications may be submitted by phone or in person. A personal interview will be scheduled with a staff member to determine placement and program fit.

Good to Know
Key Policies
Attendance
- Minimum 70% attendance rate required
- 5+ absent hours in one week triggers counseling and a 30-day makeup extension
Dress Code
- Professional attire required at all times
- Nursing Aide students must wear white scrubs
Cancellation
- Full refund if cancelled within 7 business days of enrollment
- After 7 days, only amounts above the enrollment fee are refunded
Withdrawal
- Students may withdraw in writing at any time
- Non-attendance for 3 consecutive sessions may be treated as withdrawal
Graduation
- Complete all coursework and clinicals
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
- Satisfactory attendance required
Grading
- Final test minimum of 70% required
- Grades: A (95–100) through F (below 60)
- Incomplete grades must be resolved within 30 days
Job Placement
- Placement assistance is provided to CNA and HHA graduates
- The school cannot guarantee a job to any student or graduate
